Doing a quick shop today and have a spending limit of between 3 and 20 quid, can i spend the full amount? Does it get reimbursed? Would be good for a bit of shopping!

No, they only reimburse the minimum amount it's just they don't want you going over the £20

Do ANY jobs come up on GFK ever in the North West, I am literally checking every day, have been for last 2 months and nothing on there. Sent them an email a while back to check, but heard nothing!

Apparently if you get so many points you get a £20 free bet. I know if you get 250 points you get an extra 5% added onto your winnings. I've got three bookies on tomorrow so will see how those go too.
