The Mystery Shopping thread - part 5

Have applied to be a Mystery Shopper for Performance in People.
I have had an email from them to ask if I would be interested in being part of their Postal Monitoring.
I would receive a £2 gift voucher for my address being used and if I had to send something back, I would get a £3 voucher too.
Does anyone know what vouchers they are and is this how they pay for mystery shopping assignments too?
Anyone worked for Performance in People? What are they like?

:hello:Hiya everyone - I'm back from hols today!
Well between you (while I have been away for 7 days) you have managed to knock up over 21 pages on a new thread - seriously that is taking the proverbial biscuit!
On a funnier note I came back to five missed calls from our old friends gyp!:rotfl:
Oh - and hello newbies :hello: - I spotted a few new names while I trawled (literally) through the posts - so welcome to the crew!:rotfl:0 -

Hey welcome back - hope you had a great time and hope the weather was a bit kinder to you.
I'm waiting for GYP to post their September jobs - even though I'm not supposed tobe "working" next month. I'll see if there is anything local!!!0 -
Could anybody please tell me who are GYP i presume that they are not the same as Gfk
Like steelercaz 13 I have got some debt problems and have made some headway in clearing by using ebay and thought that I could help things along by becoming a mystery shopper when I am not at work. I work shifts so I can only do them before or after. I realise that I will not get loads of money but any little helps. I have joined a few of the MS companies but I feel that there are some I have missed.
Any way thanks for the help so far0 -
Try thinking of a word that starts with a G, but rhymes with nap!0

If you look on the first page as well they are the third company that Timnee has posted that most of us work for. I've also registered for a few of the survey sites as well as I find I can complete them when I'm at home in the evening when my daughter has gone to bed. if you work shifts you may find these useful too. Again they don't pay masses but every little helps.0

Thankyou ellie9ellie now I know who they are. I have joined them, got no work yet from them. I have got one for next month from TNS and keeping my finger crossed for one from JKS. I have joined a couple of survey sites not had much through yet but as you say every little does help0

Hope you had a good holiday!
Just a thought on reading your post, saying there were 21 pages - you might find it useful to edit your options, so taht you get 40 posts per page, as this saves having to click on so many new pages all the time. For example this current page is only page 11 for me. I noticed someone else referring to page 11, when I was only on page 4!
Anyway, for those that can be bothered and it will save you time in the long run, so worth doing, esp as there seem to be a few more of us these days.
Go into User CP (in blue across the top) then click on Edit Options and about halfway down under Thread Display Options you can select show 40 per page.
