Can anybody help me out I am trying to book my first MS job for gap and it keep saying that the date is within 5 days of another visit, choose another date. I have tried all the other dates and I get the same reply. Am I doing something wrong.

I had the same problem, i emailed them but they were not much good, they didnt seem to get the problem!!! i emailed them back saying if the dates are not available why are they in the drop down box, but they never bothered to reply.

I know you've been told it might only take 3 days, but mine took a full 5 working days. Did the job on the Sunday and sent the report in that night and didn't hear until Friday evening. Maybe that's unusual though - it was a slightly unusual report! Good luck!

Does anyone know what GAP actually mean when they put this as a rule:

1. You can not shop the same site twice in a row regardless of the shop month.

Does this mean if you do the shop in your town in march that you can't do it again til may? I can't see how this rule works seeing how so many people seem to get repeat jobs in the same shops?
Also if you apply for the job, does the GAP system not allow you to do it if you will be breaking their rules??
Hope someone can help as this has been bugging me for ages but thought I should find out before the SEpt jobs come up

I thought it meantthat you had to do that shop in a different town before you would be allowed to do the first one again. ever.
then I wondered if it meant that you cant do it again until someone else has done it so its not the same person twice in a row? So I would like to know too!

the Gap system will just show it as rejected in your "my assignment" section if you select something you aren't allowed to do. So ohpe that helps a bit!

Does anyone know why the places I use for my search have all disappeared from the locations on GAP? It sems very odd as they were there the other day.

I think the locations disappear because there are currently no jobs available in these towns/locations.
Gap will be releasing September jobs any day now, and so the locations should come back up on the list on the left hand side of the screen. hth

Chelseagirl- Thanks but I lokked just now and I thought the September jobs had already been released.

My September jobs haven't appeared on my screen yet. I just have one delivery pizza job that still has to be completed in August.
Perhaps when everyone is updated, all the towns/locations will appear. I hope that's the case anyway because i've got no September assignments on Gap yet! *sob*
