Aargh.... I'm filling out my 2nd retaileyes questionnaire, I'm at 97% completion, and the only question thats showing is the last one about overall impressions. I've pressed the button, and I've written a comment, and it won't accept either, no matter how I change the button or change the comment/vary its length. I'm at my wit's end, I never dreamed this would happen. I've saved it, shall I log out and log in again? Has anybody any experience of real difficulty at this level of the questionnaire? I just don't know what to do.....

Its done it! Moving away from the page seems to have solved it!

Has anyone done the grape beverage shop for RE? I gave them a brilliant report, but have now just tasted the recommended bottle, and it is going down the sink it is so bad! Surely this should feature in the feedback, as although I was impressed with his spiel I would never go back having sampled the wine. It wasn't just me either...

Has anyone else struggled getting register with aba-i? I have been through the registration process till the end where it asks you to confirm your password only for it to say the password I entered is incorrect. I have tried it about 3 seperate times from the beginning and pasted the password from Word rather thatn typing it to avoid typos - still no luck!

I guess I will ring on monday but just wondered if I am on my own with this? (Maybe it's because I'm using Vista???)

That happened to me, and I think one of the letters of my username was set as a capital letter. I think that was the problem, but I can remember emailing them and they do confirm your username and pword, so if you don't get in just email them, I have usually found them very quick to respond!
