I bought some white radiator paint to paint my yellowing radiators and it looks great!

Radiator paint or use Dulux Gloss (in the tin it says it's ok for rads). To be honest the Dulux Gloss looked at lot nicer the Rad paint (by Hammerite) is very thin and runs very easily although in the long run despite the tin's reassurances the Dulux Gloss may yellow.

If the rads are rusty (like mine are) then get a new rad. They will rust under the paint and leak when you least expect it, ruining a carpet and possibly worse. New rads are not expensive.
Trying hard to be a good moneysaver.
  • thanks people, have been looking at new rads and will be replacing it with a nice slimline one
    thanks again
