Question to EON users with free energy meter

How long did it take for your free energy meter to come?

I switched a while ago, but haven't recieved my free meter as yet.

Hi, it's normally sent out within 28 days from when your supply has switched over to E.ON.

The problem is that a request is made to send out a monitor when the electricity goes 'live' on the system. This is different to the supply having switched over. E.ON may still be waiting for validation of meter readings, or other information which enables the status to switch to live. unfortunately this information can sometimes take longer to come in.

I would advise you to ring E.ON, best to call during the day as it's quieter, and the agent can sometimes ring the distributor up directly and get one sent out.
