How Is O2 BB? vs Tiscali BB

Hi There,
Having a bit of a discussion with a housemate,
Basically I want O2 BB as I have heard good things
£10.50 BT Line Rental
£7.50 a month for BB (AS I have O2 Mobile)
£18.00 Per Month
He wants Tiscali as you get free line rental + calls included,
£9.99 First 3 Months
£14.99 after that.
Think the extra cash is worth it for O2???

Just been shot down by BT... as house doesnt have a BT line which means the classic £130 connection fee applies!!!!
As I think O2 is only availiable on a BT line.
Is there anyway of finding out who does my line? Online checker or something?0 -

Who do you pay the bills to? It may not be BT, but still via a bt line. (Put the number in the o2 site to see if they can supply you).
If there really is no line, then see this thread for the current BT £30 new connection offer:
