Seriously though, try it - sing a high note, then sing the same note but 'lifting' the table at the same time (when I say lifting, I mean kind of with your palms under it, pointing upwards - not grabbing it in a bear hug and hoiking it up....does that make sense?)."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I have a vision of IA on stage picking up a table at the crucial point... :rotfl:
Yep, pull your diaphragm in and up and it helps 'support' the note (that's the diaphragm in your stomach not any other sort :rotfl:)

Go Sal go. Do you try and keep your hair dry when you are swimming?
hell no...whats the point in that. I do love it when you get the granny brigade who have their perfect hairdo's and cruise up and down doing breast stroke...stop and have a 10 min chat...another 2 lengths. Just don't see the point of it!
I get in do my 80 lengths, crawl out, colour of a beetroot and die in a corner...far more rewardingI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

ok peeps what the hell am I going to do about a party for DD next weekend. She will be 3 but has requested a party as all her friends have had one. Plenty we could do if the weather is fine but I can't rely on this and therefor need a wet weather plan. Thought about an indoor play place but they want £8 per child and you have to have their awful food. Thought about hiring a hall and hiring loads of play stuff to go in it...although this seems to over the top as there will only be 9/10 children.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
