Hmmm...slim to none. Puffs of smoke containing passports aren't too common around this part of the world these days. Passports have an amazing ability to completely disappear off the face of the earth until about 10 minutes after the flight has departed. Have you taken the drawers out your/whoever's cabinets and checked the space behind/under them? (not that it ever happened to me). Or the car glove box? Perhaps the passport office people can help? Although perhaps you'd be better hoping for that puff of smoke.

Hope you got the passport sorted out BL, sounds like a bit of a tricky situation. How on earth can a passport just disappear in such a short space of time? Really unfortunate.
Well, we've been getting ourselves all sorted out for Christmas, plus having the en-suite gutted (but not yet re-fitted) and a mountain of other jobs getting done. We didn't go to see my parents in the end, as when I rung my mum the night before we planned to leave she wasn't too fussed whether we went or not saying that it was a lot of hassle for her to get everything organised for the sake of one night (get what organised? and it wouldn't be hassle for us?!!!) so I said we wouldn't bother in that case. Families!!!! Good job though as we haven't stopped and are still nowhere near sorted out.
Money is a mess at the moment, we seem to go in waves of being organised and good, and being totally disorganised and terrible. Not going to worry about it until the new year but we need a major sort-out and update of the spreadsheets.
How's everyone else? I've been off work for 6 days so not had much of a chance to get online. I'm hoping that I'll have a nice quiet evening to catch up though.0 -

Hi Panda, beanie - hope all is well - people with families have a *lot* to cope with. Hope its all going well - normal level of insanity, lol - see you in the New year.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

We all have a lot to cope with KC. It seems that however much or little you have to do, there's never enough time in the day. A bit like the way that you (well, I) will always seem to spend as much as you earn. When I earned £100 a week I wasn't any worse off that I am now with £5k a month coming through the door. I'm sure there must be a scientific explanation...
What are the Hypno kids getting from Santa? Something from Amazon I'm guessing:rotfl: like Adam's Hornby train set.
Beanielou, I'm really glad the passport stuff is sorted out. Maybe we can all have a bit of a new year money sort-out blitzing challenge to get us all back on track.
Just spent an hour:eek: updating the electricity challenge thread scores. Work is such a luxury - where else would I have a spare hour like that?:o0 -
