            Morning Everyone
Dalip that songs so inspirational Ive downloaded it and am going to use it as my battle cry:rotfl: :rotfl: (I must admit to shedding a wee tear when I first heard it...but a positive teardrop and much needed)
I went to my flat after my freebie dinner at my sisters...another love letter from the bailiff(plus another £18 visit fee no doubt).I had a message from him on my mobile along the lines of "ello darlin when we gonna meet up?? " I know there intimidating types sometimes but this ones a handsome devil I bet many a lady has melted under his soft brown eyes..but not this one lol:rotfl: :rotfl:
Shadowdragon I did go and see my doctor on the 2nd July and she gave me a 13week sicknote and that started my fight off with the DWP
over whether I was entitled to IB or IS. I was finally awarded £2.85 IS last week based on the fact that I was getting £57pw WTC, but my WTC award only showed £47pw a deficit of £10 somewhere. After lots and I mean lots of phone calls to WTC an officious type said oh yes we have taken £10 per week of your £57 as we overpaid you between April 08 and your review award in July 08:eek:   but good news they did backdate my Housing &Council Tax Benefit claim to July 2nd and I had continued paying the agreed £5.00 to the council to pay off the Posession Order.ZSo my income was now £50.50 per week. based on the fact that I was getting £57pw WTC, but my WTC award only showed £47pw a deficit of £10 somewhere. Now I wonder why they can work out an overpayment between April08 and July 08 but cant seem to work out that from Jan08 I have not been entitled to WTC??? thats going to be a wonderful overpayment total to pay back:rolleyes:
I didnt get Incapacity Benefit as I have not paid enough stamps.
I have a CPN and am under the local CMHT, but they just say keep taking the tablets, my CPN keeps changing our appointments and Im feeling lots better for the small amount of tablets Im taking, but I feel that Ive done more for myself by just taking some timeout from a job I have come to loathe but in reality need to keep going.
Im just going to check my form for exemption of court fees and do a couple of copies of my Bankruptcy petition then just wait for my 9.15 appt on the 21st.
I also have been given a lovley gift from my 2 closest friends they paid off my Court Fines on Friday for me, they had worked overtime for the last 2 weeks and did that for me, so my Expenditure doesnt look so deficit now...love that word deficit...
Blimey 8.30 am and lover boy the Bailiff has phoned to say Im in the area will you be in as we need to sort out this council tax bill of £567????? £567 thats half of what it was on Friday, so out of curiousity I rang the boyo bailiff...seems when they took me to court for council tax arrears they included all council tax up till Mar09,and now having been awarded CTax benefit they have adjusted the amount outstanding..now Im doing:j :j :j s but am going to check this out as I never ever have that kind of luck..so fingers crossed I`ll post later and let you know what the outcome is....oh and hunky chunky Bailiff still insists on meeting me ( for my wit charm sophistication and looks.????nah...for the invisible fivers in my purse lol:rolleyes: more likley)
 Have a good morning all..till later:hello:BSC no 192

Morning Anne! Glad to see you sounding happier today! Lucky to have a hunky bailiff! Just a shame he is a bailiff I suppose!
Could you not text him and fib a bit?? Tell him that a relative is going to scrap together the full funds for you but you will not have them available until the 23rd so could he contact you then? It may keep him off your back for a few weeks until BR at least. And he may get a bit cross on the 23rd though.....0

Only 10 days to go Anne. I am sure you will survive it, just don't talk to the baliff in the mean time, no matter how hunky he is BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Blimey hit the post button by mistake lol
So council tax arrears reduced but Im wary as my councils calculations are never 100%
Now my dear darling boss wants me to come into work to discuss my job???? think redundancy is looming here as if its dismissal whilst on sick hes in for a bloody massive fight.
He will probably cite the cost of petrol and his sales going down...I work in a petrol station and used to love my job but hate it now...the office work was horrendous and with moaning tightfisted boss it wasnt always pleasant
So I shall go to see him at 11.00am and wont be expecting coffee and cream cakes and a cheery how are you feeling ....more like Ebenezer Scrooge and the scraping of the quill pen as he scrapes and tuts at his accounts book...
Am going for a wander round the DFW forum and will check in again soon...BSC no 192

Anne - Important!! Please, post about the job and (basic) info about whats happened on the employment board. There are great eagles there who know employment rights etc and can offer some advice on how to handle the interview and what not to say!0

            Thanks Skylight
Im taking my union rep in with me and she is speaking for me...I asked her to be there as though my BiPolar is ok I still get confused and muddled if too much info is put to me at one time.
Im saying nowt zilch , and I want the interview recorded, I have that right...if in anyway he starts his usual derogatory speeches at me I will just terminate the interview and say I need further advice on the situation.
He has been taken to court a few times on constructive dismissal thingeys and lost plus I am under no misaprehension what a slimeball he is (oops behave Anne)
I may have BiPolar and be financially incompetant but Im not being gotten rid of because of my illness...he knows I have a backbone and by god he wont just get rid off me because I am ill, he has another think coming if he thinks Im going to roll over and capitulate because he raises his voice lol
Will post the results of our nice morning meeting....into the lions den I go..
 Bye for nowBSC no 192
