  • Decision made....

Im going ahead on the 21st with my Bankrupcy...despite all thats happened Im still a fighter....if its refused so be it,,,I shall have to muster up another way of sorting it out....

Im doing this as well in memory of my sister, who if she had access to this board and MSE and all the help Ive had maybe just might be here today to spur me on.

Im just one person with lots of different paths to debt, goodness knows.

The CSA and myself will be sorted..

WTC are a victory in the making

Posession Order/Eviction will be paid off eventually

The C/Tax Bailiff if he wasnt so humourous Id hit him with my handbag ...

And my other debts well if no Bankruptcy then a penny a week might take a lifetime but then I have my life to lead and Im going to have a happy life so sod em

if you have been diagnosed with bipolar go to your doctor to sign you off sick, then you can put a claim in for Incapacity Benefit and also claim for DLA the forms are a nightmare but worth it, you may be refused but until you try you wont know.

    Good decision! You sod em'....

Go BR, stuff it all and move in with your lovely OH. (It will not affect him in anyway and only the OR needs know your new address). I like the slogan from Active Health Centres - One life. Live it well. Okay, so sometimes its not as well as we would like but its still the only one.

I am going to breach our rule of telling someone what to do and say that I think BR is for you. I do not beleive for one moment that your BR will be refused.

My Bureau has only ever heard of one BR being refused. The district judge rang us to say someone had presented a petition who had received no advice and that he would not approve it until the wanna be BR had spoken to us.

The DJ was right. DJ said that he would end up paying a large IPA as he lived at home, with little outgoings and would pay a substantial amount compared to the debt that he had. The court retuned all his monies to him and he came to see me.

I organised an administration order in stead.

My caution is that you should have confirmation in writing of the aleged overpayments of benefits ( actual amounts ) before your BR goes ahead, and then these too can be written off after discharge providing they do not arise through proven fraud.

In the meantime keep telling the bailiffs to get lost !

  • Aww thanks you lot...

Im going Bankrupt...I have gone this far and am going to the end and see what happens..

Our Lynn somewhere somehow is the impetous of making me push for this...MSE should be available and nationalised...in the dark nights when Ive thought I cant go on, Ive clicked on
the computer and read lots of posts and the happy endings and felt so much better.

My story is only one of many on here now ,the past and in the future and long may MSE/DFW/Bankruptcy and Living with it continue, plus its saved me lots on buying books and my info section of my brain is up to date and ready to help anyone else.

I shall continue to post till Bankruptcy date and beyond (sounds like Superman lol)

Im off to my other sisters for a freebie sunday dinner and to show her debt worried friend the MSE forum experience .

    Bye for now
