Sorry my post is not really to help the OP as you guy's seem to have a handle on it, however I would like a conversation with the person that suggested life is safe with no AV software?????? I work as an IT Support Engineer and run a multi-site fibre WAN(Wide Area Network) long with several servers and PC's, to have a home user PC hanging off the back of a public WAN ergo the "Internet" is information suicide, you are putting your data and personal identity at risk...BIG TIME baby, a lesson in VB C# ASP or Java will teach you that you can collect somebody’s personal data from their PC in just a few lines of code, then go on to ruin their life, the world is driven on data these days and data like any valuable entity has a price, if people can steal your data they can sell it or use it to gain funds one way or another, to any non-IT savvy readers on here, please take my professional advice and that of the other "helpful" people on here DO NOT operate your PC on a network be it the internet, WAN or what ever, it is too easy for Trojans, Worms and other types of malicious software to hijack you data and can cause you sever financial loss and pain.

I have lost 2 stone in 1 month, started using my excersize bike(30min session) everyday and doing 70 sit-up's everyday, I have calculated that this burns around 500 - 600 cals per session, I have limited my cal intake to around 1500 per day so it seems to be working very well, also a major change in diet too but i have one eat what i want day per week too. I am now down to a 34" waist frm a 36" and feel really good about it, massive boost to my self confidence too.
