i did a quick scan before doing a full one now , there is so much on the reports how can i show you ?? can i copy and paste on here ?? sorry im lost lol

yes copy and paste, the only information they contain is the files/infections that were found/removed...

some infections need additional work to remove

i dont believe myself it found 27 infected whatever's and i was trying to copy them (it wouldnt let me ) and ive lost them sorry i am a idiot . but thankyou very much for you help .

Katie 1, what is that log from? It looks incomplete to be a Hijack This Log.

2) Double-click on the downloaded file and follow the steps (screenshots shown below).

Click Ok and you see the next screen

Click Ok again

For Verification, type the number you see on the verification screen and click Uninstall

Next, the uninstaller will close all your browser windows and Explorer folders when you click Ok

Uninstall is complete. Restart your computer and check your system to see if Lop.com remains.
