3 changes! Canceling contract? HELP!
Ok i got a letter today saying how there charging for itemised bill's from free to £1. Also they are changing my billing method as well. Before they use to charge me for 1 second if i talked a second now they charge me a minute if i talk 59 seconds or less.
Now that means everytime the phone goes to voicemail i will pay for 1 minute....
i remember previously similar thing happened to mix and match customers and they found a way of canceling there contract.....
I done a search and i couldnt find anything! Can someone help me out on this matter. I would love to cancel my 3 contract if this is the case. My minutes would mean nothing to me with this billing method. As most of my calls are short.
thanks!

Hi,
Yes, as this is a detrimental variation to your contract you should be able to cancel.
What Price Plan are you on?

Yes, their T&C's are pretty clear on this unlike other operators.
