i got my vidal sassoon voucher from the metro and apparently toni and guy publish them in the london metro too. the vouchers are for free hair cuts.

  • I just want to add, go to T&G in Stamford Street(London), because in New Oxford Street, there are the courses for beginners. SO, u never know who is goin' to be the hairdresser.
Instead, in Waterloo, T&G hairdressers go for upgrading their skills.THEY ARE BRILLIANT.
However, I had the colour once, and it wasn't great(they did too quickly, the colour wasn't the chosen one, and £20 for highlight and £ 60 for all the head) just stick on Blow Dry cuts.

The Vouchers for T&G (I think also for Vidal) are published (nearly always) in MS London. You can find it in the free newspapers' boxes outside the tubes(where the TNT is).
  • Went to vidal sassoon creative acadamy today. But because I am a guy and my hair is not very long (its not very short either) they didnt do anything too creative. There were a group of japanese students who werent very confident however my hair turned out fine. My hair dresser gave me japanese sweets, japanese pencil, hand warmers, shoe de-smellers(which was very odd!). It cost me £4.50 with my student card, without a student card its £11. The only problem is it takes soooooooo long. I had the appointment at 1.30pm, they started about 2.10pm and finished at 5pm. If you have an ipod or book or anything to keep u entertained make sure you take it with you.

ive never had to pay for colour at t&g academy. normally i go in and say im quite open minded and they normally offer me colour with my cut for no extra charge. ive certainly never paid 20pounds!!!!

ive only once not been offered colour with my cut and i frequent the stamford street t and g as well as new oxford street.

Hi - just back from the academy!

I am a boy with short hair, and it took two hours for the cut. I think the girl was trying to make it perfect.

I'm happy! Fiver well spent, and I wa sin no rush anyway!
