I'm 5'9'' and 14 stone.
in other words: a right little fat b!stard..miladdo0 -
Got to admit I'm as bad as anyone for this. I try to do lots of exercise like walking and cycling but given the rubbish weather my exercise regime has been suffering recently.
Get a dog. Come rain or shine, you have to walk twice a day. I use to walk 9 miles every day in total, but as they have got older the walks have got shorter, but they do walk on the south downs so plenty of hills. I love the gym too.I always feel a bit icky when fatties slide British breakfasts down thier throats every day - I imagine thier poo must smell like dogs muck as they eat so much meat, rather than purish horse poo loaded with lots of fibre and non smelly rotting meat. Anway, Im just off to eat :rotfl:
Theirs would smell more like cats I would think - a high fat diet.
Many dogs are unfortunately fed a cheap diet and what goes in, comes out. You should be able to pick up your dog's poo in your hand, throw it over next doors garden and have no marks left on your hand.:D
I cook my dogs dinner from scratch, so plenty of good quality meat or fish, blended vegetables and pasta. I also keep some good quality dry dog food as a standby. They need less quantity if fed a good diet, so less comes out. I hope you have already eaten:D:DRENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

From the NHS BMI calulator:-
"You are the ideal weight for your height
Your BMI is 23.5"
http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/magazine/interactive/bmi/index.aspx
The experts recommend that you should go more on what your waist measurement is. You waist measurement should not be more that half your height measurement.RENTING? According to this link, your BMI is 23.91, and therefore in the healthy range.
It's one of those things that's a guide, not a rule, though, a lot depends on your build etc....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
Unless, I suppose, you are pregnant (-:
I put on very little weight when I was pregnant, but I think my "waist" was still about the same as my height by the end....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Your BMI is 28.99, so not massive, but "overweight"...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
BMI is a complete pile of poop, for instance I use to work with 20 odd stone bouncers who you would struggle to find an ounce of fat on yet according to their body mass index, which by the by was invented sometime between 1820 and 1850 so is a tad out of date, they would be morbidly obese, the BMI is just an easy get out clause for your doctors explaining everything thats wrong with you, another for instance at my height, 6ft, i would be over weight if I was 13st 3lbs, however even if i had zero percent fat i reckon I would struggle to be 13.3.

My son is 6' 1" and he weighs 12 stone. He works out at the gym twice a day during the week (because he has a desk job) and plays american football at the weekends. He wants to put more muscle on and put his weight up.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? BMI isn't "a pile of poop"; it is used a a quick "rule of thumb" to check whether someone is in the right range. It doesn't work for athletes and body builders and any medical professional should know that. It would also be obvious if someone was a "body builder" or an athlete (unless you are a US doctor who signs firemen off sick, but that's another story).BMI is a complete pile of poop, for instance I use to work with 20 odd stone bouncers who you would struggle to find an ounce of fat on yet according to their body mass index, which by the by was invented sometime between 1820 and 1850 so is a tad out of date, they would be morbidly obese, the BMI is just an easy get out clause for your doctors explaining everything thats wrong with you, another for instance at my height, 6ft, i would be over weight if I was 13st 3lbs, however even if i had zero percent fat i reckon I would struggle to be 13.3.

And according to the bmi measurements if he managed to go up to 13st 10, which is do-able with a couple of years of working out, he will then be overweight, class ehh!!!
For instance Jonny Wilkinson, according to the BMI calculator, is overweight and is about a stone away from being obese.
