I worked at Threshers doing 6hours a week - all so that we could save up for a new 2nd hand car.

Minimum wage but made £100 a month after tax and it soon mounted up.

Hours were normally 7-9 on a week night, or 6-10 / 8-10 on a Friday or Saturday night.

Wasnt too much of an impact on life for me, though the girlf got fed up with quick meals each night I worked!!

I'd recommend looking at them sorts of jobs though - and staff discount too!!

  • I will BF! I just want bar work or waitressing or something that i could do at weekends or on the odd night in the week. Only on a temporary basis as it would just keep us afloat in these rubbish times of energy price hikes!!!
    Debt to clear: feels endless...

    Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb

Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..
