Have been looking at these for a while now for the wife. She unlike me doesnt see the need for the latest phone and some of these deals would be ideal for her giving her free mins and texts. What are your experiences good and bad with these deals and do they really work ie no cost at all?.Would be great to know which sites seem the most reliable and any tips for avoiding any charges would be greatly appreciated

Hi. I am just coming to the end of my 12 month 'minimum' period with the Three network using e2save.com, and I have had no problems with the cashback side of things. You just have to make sure you are careful to send the relevant bills in at the relevant time in order to receive your cashback.
I would not personally go for any of the smaller mobile companies which offer cash-back (could be out of business in 12 months time), but with e2save.com being part of the Carphone Warehouse, there's a little more stability there
As for the Three network, I get dropped calls from time to time, and don't do that much chatting on-the-road (where the call dropping may become more of an issue), and the handset I've been using is a dog, but it's 500 mins and 100 texts a month for free... go figure
In terms of incurring extra charges, avoid 0870 numbers and other premium rate numbers, as these aren't included in your monthly allowance. However, picking up voice mail is included in monthly minutes. Also, international calls and international texts are excluded. I don't think your Internet access would be covered either, but I've never had the need
Finally, give a good month's notice at the end of the contract to make sure everything is closed off before the end of your 12 month minimum contract.
Hope this helps.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Yes but I would have a good read of this thread before getting anything from onestopphoneshop.

There is some good feedback as well, The thing is that how you claim your cash back. Here is a post from your refered thread_ArsenalFC wrote:Got my 2nd cashback cheque last week £75, sent off claim on 3rd Oct, cheque dated 5th Oct. So it took about 3 weeks, I am waiting for a cheque of £110 from my second phone which was sent off 2 weeks ago. I always send special post for peace of mind.
I haven't had any problem with their cashbacks so far (hope it stays that way), people who are having problem should keep chasing what is rightfully yours, dont let them get away with it."Money saving is often a science, investment is often an art."...MSE0 -
fed back over 75% OK with osps lots of us have used them but you must be organised and keep paperwork in order and claim at the right time. They will use any excuse to get out of repaying the money.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0
