Does Adios work???

Options
Just started taking it (got it reduced so very MSE!). I am needing the loo more often but haven't noticed a reduction in appetite yet... but then it is meant to speed up your metabolism too.

Tried all sorts of stuff like that over the years. If it did work by speeding your metabolism up I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole.

The only thing I found that did work was eating less & taking exercise (cheaper too)

    No. Tried it.

The ONLY way to lose weight, as we all know really, is to reduce the calorie intake whilst increasing the calorie output. Its the output that I have problems with!
  • It doesn't seem to be working for my wife either (I told her she would also need to cut down on the cream cakes too, but she wouldn't listen).

Tried it too and nope not so much as a slight change in appetite and certainly didn't change my weight even on a strictly measure diet. Only when I reduced the actual calories and increased exercise did I loose any weight...
    Wouldn't bother... :)

OP has already stated how adios works.

Adios contains senna, senna is a laxative, laxatives make you, well.......

thats how its meant to work, you supposedly lose weight as you absorb less calories in the gut (cos nothing stays there long with this stuff). Not that i have tried it, but i expect people would eat more anyway as they would feel more hungry given they not getting what they should from what they are eating in the first place.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Adios is meant to be taken alongside a healthy diet and exercise routine. Unfortunatley its not as easy as taking a pill.
