    I think the vinegar will work the same as PLJ juice does, I think if you have acidic stuff then it helps break fat down but can only help as part of a calorie controlled diet. So you have to be good anyway.

    It is a really strong citric cordial dilute drink found on the cordial aisle, definately has lime (but not sweetened like lime cordial).
