What your posting does point out is just how frequently, and for how long, Sky customers have to 'phone Sky about problems with their Sky services.

The thing that I find most contemptible about Sky in this is the very principle of charging its customers 6p or 8p a minute to wait in a queue and then try to resolve a complaint that arises from Sky's own incompetence or deceit.
