    Have brought lunch into work

    Made a chicken stock last night so will make soup tonight.

    I was surprised in the reduced section of Tesco;s the other night to find a pack of vegetables reduced to sell - not preprepared but about 6 carrots, a swede, a couple of onions and a leek. I got it for 16p and will use it for my soup but the sale price was £1.16!

    Today:

    I brought a sandwich for lunch this morning (£1.60) Grrrrrrr so much for a no spend week! As got up late because I spent the evening cleaning until late!! :rolleyes:

    Will do clicks

    Will enter at least 10 comps

    Will not buy anything else and avoid the pub at all costs at lunchtime!!
    Am going out 2nite but am being picked up :j so no petrol needed and will be a cheap one hopefully

    then am taking cat to vets 2moro morning - and then working all afternoon to pay for it :rolleyes: typical!!

  • alphie - look on the bright side... you may have a hangover but you are unlikely to do much today so i guess it is looking like a NSD!!

    last night's pizza/theatre trip came in on budget, but am rather footsore after standing up for over 3 hours watching king lear!!
    • brought in lunch
    • checked online banking – nothing out!
    • I’m charging phone at work
    And I will
    · have a Friday night in!
    · not spend anything else (though I have had a cheeky Friday bacon sandwich!)

    • Received a cheque for £32 that I wasnt expecting :j
    • Breakfast from stores
    And I will:

    • [strike]Check PB[/strike] No CT
    • [strike]Check mystery shops[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Pay above cheque into bank[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Open another flex saver account in branch[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Library for free dvd rental[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Pay in sealed pot money now I have located bank book[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Have a NSD[/strike] Not done! Bought some cat food (£1 off in vouchers).
    • [strike]Put some money aside for the payment a day challenge[/strike] Done
    • [strike]Walk to town, saving petrol (fumes)[/strike] Not done, had to drop something off for my brother - 4 miles away
    • [strike]Check petrol prices, need to buy some very soon[/strike] Done, and managed to get a mystery shop in the same town
    • Order name tapes!!! Dont let me forget!!!
