Quite a number of people have been affected and there isnt a refund or alternative flight offered. Now I cant find the relevant article on the news website, but found this on ryanair's http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/news.php?yr=08&month=aug&story=reg-en-050808 does this include all screenscraper sites or just certain ones, and is Martyns own cheapflight affected. Wouldnt want to book a ticket honestly through somewhere then get refused at the airport?
Have we found anybody that has been affected yet? I am beginning to wonder if this has been hyped up the media?
No, the MSE Flightchecker is not affected, as they do not act as an agent per se.Gone ... or have I?0

It is not up to Ryanair to do either, that is for the 3rd party agent to do.0

I do not know of any more, my wife and kids fly from Dublin on Wednesday but we always book direct. I will ask her to keep an eye out for people who are frustrated and annoyed, maybe they have just been refused flight.0

But what is a screenscraper i often use skyscanner which then directs me to the relevant airlines site . . . . . is this gonna cause probs0

Sites such as MSE's flightchecker simply send you to Ryanair's website where you make the booking. Ryanair have only cancelled bookings made by third parties (e.g. travel agents). But what is a screenscraper i often use skyscanner which then directs me to the relevant airlines site . . . . . is this gonna cause probs
