Talking of charts, I haven't seen that life cylce of a bubble chart for a while. You know, the one that gets rolled out to try and show as indisputable fact that this is just a bull trap, and that house prices are going to crash just coz an arbritrary line on the chart shows it???

My figures quote Land Registry gains for Outer London. There are 4.5 Million people living in Outer London - I guess Stiffler's Mom is one of them, as are you too carolt. What a coincidence!

it gets better - there is now the same bull trap, bear trap picture without the return to mean line on it so that they can't be pulled up on it as if it never existed. desperate times require desperate actions...

You two appear very close - so close, in fact, one might even imagine that you two were the same person.
