Cannot report post as I don't have Outlook

Hi,
Is there a way of reporting some posts without the button on the post. I use webmail and the button tried to open Outlook.
The posts in question are by FreddyKrugger in the green and ethical section. He is being a obnoxious pr** in quite a few threads around 5pm. Here is an example but look at the others: -

Click on the post number in the top right hand corner, your one in this thread is #1 and it will open in a separate window then copy and paste the url into your webmail.0

Bongedone, what email programme do you use?
If you set it to be your default email programme/client, it should bring up the correct one and let you email away.
