they're great fun, well worth £20.

i have a spare one if anyone is desperate, but the postage might be expensive to get it to you in time for xmas. mind you they're going for less than £20 on ebay so you'd be better off buying from there.

I took a set of the battle-packs back to Argos because the black dalek would only respond to the transmitter within a range of about 10cm, also there was a small nut kicking around in the box and one transmitter rattled. The staff were quite excited when I brought it back - obviously to some people giving your kid a broken "must have" toy is better than giving no toy, poor little !!!!!!.

I noticed when I opened the box that it had already been opened and resealed with tape, I mentioned this to the till person and they said "oh that must have been a customer view request, we don't resell returns" Yeah right.

Oh no!! Will have to unwrap my battlepack tonight and test it out...... My boys would be soooo naffed off if they don't work on xmas day. How typical is that? You fight (and possibly pay a fortune) to get THE toy for xmas and it might not work!!!! :santa2:

I feel sorry for Tescos Customer Services after xmas. How many people would have tested them out before xmas????!!! If there's loads coming back faulty now................
