    Sorry if this has already been posted I just got tesco filtered milk £1.59 with 40 extra clubcard points, and tesco extra special 6 slices of oak smoked bacon £2.00 with 50 extra points

    I've bought this milk twice this week and the extra points haven't shown up on my till receipt though the extra points on tea bags did. Looks like I'll need to go in again!

    I can confirm it definitely states you need to buy 2 on the SEL to get the points. Still a little sneaky IMO. Same deal with the 6 pack of Walkers Crisps as well.

    IMO they are only really worth it if you go for deals (and, yes, I know that in some instances they aren't *really* worth 4 times value etc). But IME Tesco is now a pretty expensive supermarket so 1% discount by using points in store is not brilliant.

  • Managed to get 24 bottles of Cava when the price was £5.49 and still giving out 300 pts per bottle. Also got the 5% discount soooo

    24 x 5.49 = 131.76 less 5% = £125.17

    Points = 24*300 = 7200 + 125 = 7325 = £293 in deals

    Woo-hoo!

    Can't wait for the quarterly mailing!
