Should be about 3% off the commercial mid rate ( which as I type is 1.6120) so likely get 1.56 ish for purchases ( same rate - but other fees apply for cash)

You can boost tesco clubcard points by using the self check outs and stating you are using your own bags then it asks you to type in how many bags you have reused - a lot of trust! lol. Managed to put 22 when I only bought a couple of things.. didn't dare try type in anything higher though.. lol

I'll probably get shouted down now but this practice is just deceitful and greedy. You didn't used to get points on self serve tills. They were probably concerned that dishonest people would play the system...oh look, they were right.
Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!

Thanks for that - just popped out and indulged in a few bottles

I have a feeling the points may disappear soon though. I'm sure they were on 300 points offer when selling at full price £10.99 and according to tesco.com the new half price offer of £5.49 kicks in tomorrow (seems they have processed it early in-store though )

£5.49 for a bottle of bubbly and £12 in clubcard deals - not bad at all!!! :j

You are absolutely correct, this was being taken up by the shelf-load at £10.99 a bottle for the 300 points. Then Sainsburys reduced theirs to a rather embarrassing (for Tesco) £5.99. My theory is that T decided to compete on price but scrap the 300 points. It didn't quite work :D. I've picked up 12 bottles this afternoon, total cost £62-ish. Total points 3663...which equates to £146 in 'deals', lol.

BTW, £5.49 is a VERY good price for this cava even judged in isolation. Add the 305 points per bottle into the eqaution and it's a stonker of a deal.

Warning: Take care now as I fully expect this 'glitch' to have been sorted by the morning...

Just to let you know the cava points are no longer being awarded. As was predicted, they stopped overnight.
