If you ordered the soft and gentle for 500 points days ago you will get your points but now the offer is 50 points but i think we will have a fight on our hands for the 500.0

Perhaps you will not have this problem if they are genuinely offering different offers to people based on which format of website they happen to (randomly) get. On my new-style website this offer shows as only an extra 25 points, but on adding some to my basket I got 25p off for each one instead of 25 extra points. Hmmm......
No the new one...I've just checked and you are right it is 25. Either I misread or they made a mistake and changed it.

if you click on an unavailable deadorant, you can see it now says 50pts, you can add it to your basket too.
i bought 20 before it went unvailable when it said 500pts but only gave 50pts on checkout.
so will keep you informed on what happens.0 -

I think it's unfair to change it part way through the promotion. Although I'm very surprised they didn't put a limit on purchases.
Good luck with getting your points0 -
The thing to do with this situation ( which ive had many a time in the past) is to stick together and push for what we were offered when the items were bought, i think this is a little ploy to shift some things and think people wont pass any heed of the points change.0

who would we contact about it? 50 is still good, i bought 20 cans (1000pts) but be much nicer to have (10000pts) and if its just a chance of a making a call to point it out, then surely its worth it.
the website said 500pts but on the receipt it just gave 50 per can, so might be out of luck cause of that0 -
Hi there stick to your guns and dont be fobbed off by countless tesco people on the phone and there managers, they will try to say its an error but its their error not yours.
I was told i was going to get the points also and i know that if alot of people stick together on this we will as i have a few pals on paid to shop that are also not giving in and keep ringing also.0
