In the tesco mag, 350 points voucher when buying any scholl orthoheel products, well I couldn't find any, loads of scholl stuff, but nothing that says orthoheel.
Anyone help please ?

Yes it does appear on your receipt when the items are delivered.

They actually only give you 50 extra points, which makes sense. 500 is just too unlikely. This offer has been showing on the old-style website for a few days, where you don't get a points total until delivery (I think). On the new-style website it was not showing initially. Putting a few in my basket on the new-style website only shows 50 extra points. On the new-style website you get the points total as you shop, before checkout.

Some people might want to take a chance that they will get 500 points, but for those who don't want the hassle of returning things if they don't give 500 points, take note.

I take it you are shopping on the old-style website. I don't know how easy it would be to get Tesco to honour these offers if you don't get any points total before you order. Perhaps you will not have this problem if they are genuinely offering different offers to people based on which format of website they happen to (randomly) get. On my new-style website this offer shows as only an extra 25 points, but on adding some to my basket I got 25p off for each one instead of 25 extra points. Hmmm......

Aah that explains it *goes and empties bulk order of soft and gentle from basket, delivery man would have probably thought I must be a bit smelly too*

I've got a Tesco Platinum Credit Card and it hasn't been changed. Or do you mean when it expires it'll be changed?
