I can go one better, I read it on the staff briefing that it is one per bag UNLESS it is Tesco bag that states otherwise.

Hi Storck, thanks for the info, any chance of a copy of the memo by email to me? Is it a memo from Tesco Head Office or just from your specific store manager?

See below the reply I received this morning from John McGovern, Customer Service Manager:
    Thank you for your email.

I'm sorry that despite your previous email that the "Bags for Life" that offer 3 points every time they are re-used are still on sale at the Kidderminster store even though the bags only gain 1 point every time they are used. I understand how frustrated this must make you feel.

I called the store this morning and spoke with Sara, the Customer Service Manager. I requested that the bags are removed from the shop floor immediately and she is happy to do this. I realise that customers will still have the bags which state "3 points every time they are re-used" so the staff have been asked to honour this if customers query it when at the tills.

This action will continue until new bags with the updated information are introduced.

Once again I apologise that you've had to chase this complaint up and I'm glad the store has taken appropriate action.

Thank you for taking the time to contact me again and let me know about this.

    Kind Regards

    John McGovern

Seems that my complaining has finally got a result for customers at the Kidderminster store anyway.
Note to everyone - If your local store does not want to give you 3 points for your ladybird bag then I suggest that you copy the message above and show it to the store manager.

On Weds in Tesco I got my 3 points for ladybird bags (customer services in that store said they would honour them 2 weeks ago.) It seems that the staff think it is unfair that someone with a trolley load using 4 huge bags gets 4 points, but someone using a fist ful of carrier bags can clock up a lot of extra points. i think that is maybe the way to go..........(but I have bought extra ladybird bags as the cost is easily recouped.)

Hi everyone. As Tesco experts hopefully you can help us. I was under the impression that even if you do not have the same surname, anyone living in the same house can pool their vouchers or gift them to another member of the house to use?

The issue is my fiance used my mums and my Tesco clubcard points to order open university vouchers, and enroll on his courses for next year. We did call Tesco before ordering them and the girl said we could use any vouchers for his course no matter what the name so long as they were registered at the same address. Now the OU has said they can not accept them as they are in our surname not his. Annoyingly £400 of the vouchers expired on the 31st March, but as the OU didnt tell us there was any issue we couldn't get Tesco to revoke them and now I assume we'll have lost all these points. We're gutted as this will make it a LOT harder for him to continue his degree next year, and any advice (even if its to tell us we were mistaken) would be welcomed.

Dinah I am really sorry to hear that. I am sorry I cant offer you any advice as I am not very experienced with tesco vouchers. Hopefully someone will be along soon to offer you some good advice.
I hope you get it sorted.

Sorry not to be of much help, but I've a nasty feeling they changed this a year / couple of years ago, as I remember people on here having problems with holidays and pooling cc vouchers. Have you had a surf back through previous threads on here?

    From the Tesco Clubcard Website

Can I use my friends' or family members' Clubcard vouchers for my Clubcard rewards?
You can only use Clubcard vouchers that were sent to your registered Clubcard Account address (the address your Clubcard Statement is sent to).

A bit ambiguous I think? It does sound like as long as they are registered to your address, you can use them.

Why don't you email them and explain you were told you could use them - as long as they were at the same address, it would be helpful if you have a name, and explain what has happened. Now they are expired - £400 is a lot to lose, hopefully they will be generous enough to validate them again.

    Good luck.

Just come back from shopping some tesco finest ready made meals got 100pts offer if you r lucky and got hold of their magazine for this month you also got 100pts for spending £10 so in effect buy 2 meals with 100pts each take u over £10 then get another 100pts = 300 extra pts although I noticed their magazine wasn't to be found so maybe they have taken it off the floor while offer on so maybe if u were lucky to get mag before offer. Now I have got to go and unpack that shopping hope this is usefull to somebody
My faith is restored in tesco managed to get hold of the magazine with 100pts offer in another store today,:j Yipee picked up a few, my husband thinks I'm mad but chance to get extra points for more towards holidays has become a bit of an obsession and im sure he won't be complaining when we get a break for free:beer:
