:TIve just been switched to the new site, and think its great! not only can u add codes after checkout, theres a tab under special offers which tells you what products get you extra points - brilliant!!
Currently its 150 points when you buy 3 childrens toothbrushes age 5-7 (£1 each) but BE CAREFUL, when you click on "view offer" it also shows age 2-4 toothbrushes, and appears that this is included in the offer. i had 2 of 1 and 1 of the other and it didnt work, you must buy 3 age 5-7.

    what new site?

I email'd Tesco customer services to ask if there was a limit on how many phones from this deal we could buy. We are allowed 1 phone per transaction, with a max of 2 per day and no more than 5 phones in a 28 day period per household. I hope this helps!

If you buy instore, with online groceries, & from direct, how are they going to monitor it, especially if you use seperate accounts?

For those selling sealed boxed phones on Ebay, what will happen if the buyer takes it to a local MrT's for a refund? Will the 1000 points come off your balance?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

They won't get a refund unless you provide the receipt as well. I don't sell them sealed, I open them, check the accessorizes, take pictures just in case someone would like to complain later on, and I def don't enclose the receipt.

If I click special offers, I cannot see anything about clubcard deals, just a long list of items with money off/buy one get one free, etc. Should I just be looking in 'offers and ideas'?

Most stores do not bother asking for your clubcard when you are getting a refund, so you would still keep the points if it was returned.

Has anyone returned one of these phones back to the store and retained their points?

There seems to considerable confusion over Tesco's policy.

I would certanly the above statement. i purchased 5 phones at one address between during December, the first of these were purchaed on 12th Dec. Therefore I should be able to buy some more now, but had 3 orders each for a single phone rejected during the past week. Get the same old reponse from Tesco Direct i.e. there is a porblem with your payment card!!!!!!!
