I notice my ballance jumped up a little today but it only went up 500 points, i bought 4 DVDs so was expecting 2000. Did anyone get their points in more than one instalment or was it all together?

Looks like I got all of mine as my balance shot up to over 15000! With the vouchers from the last mailing, I now how enough to pay for my next Open University course. And I have only just started this year's course!
Surely it can't be that hard to add a statement feature to the website as they must have to track all of the transactions to arrive at a total. That is my only complaint about Clubcard points. (That and the fact I am now addicted to the point where I make sure I have an old bag when I go buy a sandwich so I get a green point. (4p off my next course you know! :rotfl:)

I had been looking at booking a holiday with Cosmos with my vouchers, as i did 2 years ago, however you can only use a maximum of £400 per person.
I had been searching and when i entered cosmos.co.uk, it took me to monarch who now own cosmos. This is the WRONG site, the correct one is cosmos-holidays.co.uk, and are much more expensive.
I asked them to cost a holiday for me and it came out at £1429, so with only £800 in vouchers (for the 2 of us) i have to pay £629 cash. The same holiday on Monarch is £1156 but with Thomas Cook its £838.
I am left thinking i would rather go with TC for £211 and find a better value use for my vouchers.
This has come as a big let down and i am doing this post as a warning to others who are maybe thinking of a holiday by this method.
The deal is no longer as good as it was pre Monarch. Shop around first.

    hi everyone.

i am new to this clubcard thing. Can anyone help.

some rewards say you get £40 pounds worth of tokens for example at a zoo for a £10 tesco voucher. does this mean i can buy 2 tickets for the zoo for 10 pound each ? what would happen to the change ?

or is the voucher only allowed to be spent on one person ?

tesco 'deals' are worth 4 times, the face value of the tesco clubcard voucher

so if the venue you want to visit charges £10 per person entry, and two people want to go, would need to change £5 of tesco vouchers, into deals, which would give you £20 to use for entry at the venue

you cannot get change when using 'deal vouchers' so its best not to overpay using deals. ok if entry was £9.50 per person, it might not be worth worring about the 50p you have lost, but if entry was £10.50 and you pay with a £15 voucher, that is alot of money to loose iyswim

    Hi There,
In general you can exchange your reward vouchers for tokens towards the cost of any days out, restaurant vouchers etc, so if you only have , say £5 of reward vouchers you could get vouchers worth 4x that ie. £20 off the cost of your chosen activity, you can spend your rewards tokens in increments of £2.50 and any part unused vouchers will be credited back to your next quarterly statement. Some activities, such as Alton Towers, stipulate that you must exchange enough vouchers for the full cost of the ticket ie £9.50 in clubcard reward tokens for a one day entry token.
I have read on the forums that unused deals vouchers have been refunded in the past if people have not had the opportunity to use them in time, but I have not had any experience of this myself.
    Hope this helps.

Officially, you can only change your own vouchers, but if your mother has the same surname as you it may work.
Alternatively, change up/get her to change up her voucher separately.
