Just a quickie, paid my £2.00 off today and thought I would check my balance with Virgin. It appears my payments are coming off my next interest paymentand not my balance, anyway to get round this?

    many thanks

Hi all :hello: Paid £5 into my ISA today
Don't know about anyone else who has an Egg cc but my payments seem to be taking quite a few days to show up on my statement?! Very frustrating!!
Had a carp day yesterday middle son didn't do very well in his GCSEs  and youngest son decided with his friend it'd be a good idea to shave his hair off   Needless to say he now knows its not a good idea as he's been grounded til I say otherwise :rotfl: I nearly fainted when I saw his head! On the plus side it's now saved me £5.50 on a haircut before he goes back to school!

Im paying egg cc off and i started on 15/08 and my 2nd payment has just started showing today so it takes AGES someting like3-5 working days but ive made loads and there coming out of my back so im just carrying on

hey i only started doing this last week to pay off my egg credit card....and i was like "hey where have all my payments gone" wasnt until 4 days later that a few came off at once :D so being doing it everyday now.....the statement is so funny though its like "£1.50 payment recived thank you, £1.28 payment recieved thank you" that amused me...a weeks worth of tiny payments lol!!

how r the rest of us doing with payment a day??? i have just reached over a tenner YIPEEEE!!! ha ha x

Have just transferred £8.78 to seperate account from my spending account (rounding off the balance there to £250!)

When I get paid next week, I'll add the extra savings to my regular payment & pay in one go - this will be easier for me to do than paying it daily!!!;)

Am determined to have this paid off by christmas - so this should really help!! :T

  • Why thank you! :D

All finished and was very scary but went to plan - got the promotion and looking forward to a bit of a payrise. Hoping to knock a couple more months off the debt free date :j

And to celebrate, I have just paid off another £5.24 :D

    Brilliant news well done.
