, before i officially start ! .....oooooh nice Ticker , i'll sort one out tomorrow
.....
Annie021063 - HiI think i will either " count calories " or do the Atkins diet ( basically giving up carbs ) ..... counting calories is probably better for me , only because i binge every now and again on CHOCCY ! ..... But with the atkins diet you lose weight very quickly , which gives you a real boost ...... Not everyone can get on with the atkins diet ..... oooooooh which shall i do ..... Decisions..... Decisions ...... Good luck with your diet .... Hopefully you will join us and we can all motivate each other
....
njk0327 - Good luck with your £10 a day challenge ....Hopefully you will receive £526 , that would be a great start to the new year for you
....
weebag - Nice to see you back.... Hope you both had a lovely Christmas ..... Am very surprised that Sky never offered you any deals , you must be right in saying that " deals must be harder to come by " ....
mudbath - Very sorry to hear that you have been in hospital...... Hopefully you still managed to relax a little over Christmas .... Well done in using your Christmas money towards your PAD paymants
...
Double Trouble - Great news that you are able to clear your Mint card..... With regards your other decisions , i agree with tomtombeanie that " it can't be easy but it sounds like you are thinking through all your options " .....
Masie M -HiHope you had a lovely Christmas
....
joeyjimbles - Great news that you are now down to under £150 on your card .... Well done ........By the way .... I'm not normally this dignified with the O/H !:rotfl:......
tuppie - Sorry to hear that you have had a really sh*te time lately .... Hopefully 2009 will be a better year for you..... Hope all goes well with giving up the dreaded weed, If you check out Greenbynatures' sig she gave up in Nov and has been doing really well
.....
tomtombeanie - Have you decided whether you you will be exercising on your new Christmas pressieor joining a gym again ? ..... You must be looking forward to going home for the summer hols ....
paybacktime2008 - HiHope you had a lovely Christmas
....... Another dieter ! ...... Am not sure if we are starting on the thurs 1st Jan or mon 5th Jan ...... just waiting for almar to confirm the start date ! .....

Keep smiling ....

Love the pig
With regards to making the image smaller if you have used photobucket - then in your photo album click edit next to the photo and when it takes you to a new page click resize if you then tick the box use percentages and ensure that the box keep proportions is also ticked - then where it says new size if you adjust both boxes to 50 x 50 then click apply it should reduce the photo by 50% if you used 25 x 25 it would reduce the photo to a 1/4 of its original size.
Hope this helpsRemember is nice to be important but more important to be nice0
