  • Hiya everyone,

I have been dead quiet lately but with Christmas I had to put PAD on hold, much as it pained me!

But back with a bang, so £11.29 to Next today, which brings it under £400. I have also been given £90 worth of Next Vouchers for Christmas, so im going to take that off my debt (as you have the option of doing that) too, but im going to use some next month as it will cover my minimum payment, and January is such a long month!

Hope everyone had a great MSE Christmas!

    Hi all
Good to have you back Frasersmum - we sent out a search party for you a few days ago and there were reports on virtual sightings which I was happy to hear about.

Hope you all had a fab Christmas - did anyone get any snow? Its frosty here but that's about it.

£12.88 for me today as my online banking is finally letting me do stuff again. I will get rid of this by the end of Feb somehow.

  • hello everyone! have finally emerged from beneath the pile of wrapping paper, wine bottles and chocolate wrappers to read through all the posts from the last few days...

glad christmas went well for those who have checked in so far. glad as well that it's over! much as i enjoy myself, i do love my usual little routine so will be nice to get back to "normal" in a few days. we had a great day, and again yesterday at MIL's for her annual boxing day buffet. a bit too much karaoke for my liking was going on this year, but the kids had a great time!

so we're all shattered now, DS2 is asleep on the couch, DS1 is alternating between laughing and crying (literally - night night!) playing on wii with DH and i'm revving up to make a hot drink sometime soon. it's a beans on toast night as no one can be bothered cooking (by no one, i do of course mean "me"!)

3 pounds to pad for xmas day, boxing day & today. also pleasing that i've clocked up another 3 no spend days so i've now reached my target for the month. may get another one or two in, so have set myself a slightly more challenging target for next month.

hi to trish123 - welcome! with my online banking, i have the option to make payments to specific cards or companies. if you don't have this, you usually just need the standard payment details (their bank account, sort code & your reference number) to send payments through. just make sure you keep track of what you're paying so you can check it gets there okay

terri, i grew up in the states (massachusetts to be precise) but my parents and i are from here originally. my dad is welsh (cardiff boy) and my mum's from lytham st annes. i was born down south but don't consider myself southern as now oop north :D. i moved back after uni in 1996 and so far have stayed. the husband and kids probably have something to do with it! :rotfl:

enjoy the rest of the weekend, i've got to brave asda tomorrow as we've got friends round for chocolate fountain and buffet. catch you soon, everyone! xx
