I've only joined this site today but bloody hell, what a absolutely fantastic idea. I've got an overdraft with Natwest for £267 so I'm going to aim to make a payment of £2 a day but this will have to start on payday in January as I'm totally brassic at the moment but if I do have any spare cash between now and then, then I'll do this!Creditors and amounts outstanding as of 22/12/2008

Natwest Bank - £257.68

Well almost a week of no PAD as was waiting to do final bits of xmas shop and see how the bank account panned out. Nice surprise that my amazon payment of £10.91 hit my account yesterday so used that for yesterday's PAD.
Plus I tidied up my day to day bank account and transferred £4.70 to my credit card as its payday on Tuesday and I am not going anywhere near the shops (have £40 in my purse and £10 in my bank account in case I need it for anything unexpected though:rolleyes: ).
Glad to be back doing the PAD - not doing this for 6 days was giving me serious withdrawal symptoms
Have a good weekend all0 -
Added 10p to my pot today. Just been checking out a few things and in 2weeks i'll have about £25 commission to claim from my cat, plus (hopefully) £15 that i'm currently saving in 10ps, plus £20 that someone owes me n it'll all go nicely towards my cc:D
Had an interesting conversation with one of my friends today too. shes asked me if i'll be able to help her out with a spot of babysitting (starting march/april) so any extra i get from that will also be able to go towards my debt. It wont be much coz she cant afford it but as she puts it -it'll be helping us both out:p.
So i may have had a pants month as far as pad goes but next month i should be able to get back on track:D
Everyone else is still doing really well:T
Just wanna say happy xmas to everyone too incase i dont get chance to post again before xmas :xmassign:£387.39/£196.46

The Bad - Still a CHOCCY free day  .... Very unusual for me, especially when i'm " cheesed " off....
Sorry for the rant yesterday...... Thank you all for your support in cheering me up ...... it's much appreciated ..... I still can't believe i spent 5 hrs walking round Oxford street , Regent street etc Christmas shopping and only bought a loo brush for home ! ..... It certainly made the customers at work laugh this morning :rotfl: .....
I think it all stems from " lack of money " this year that's making me feel all " bah humbug " ..... Normally at this time of year i'm really happy , all ho ho ho with my santa hat on and really looking forward to it ..... So have got to snap out of it and get my " aris in gear "and get organised ! ...... Yikes .... haven't even written a card , bought anything , posted anything , done anything at all yet
.....
Anyway will catch you all tomorrow ...

Good morning all
Yesterdays payment has gone through and my Barclaycard balance is now showing as under £1000
So, from now on all my efforts are going to go on reducing my overdraft. I have sent £2.61 into my Pay It Off fund. I also got a letter the other day saying that my mortgage payment will be reducing by about £50 per month because of the drop in the base rate.I am still going to pay the full amount into my bills account though, so the overdraft should drop by £50 a month in the New Year at the very least!
Have an awesome Saturday all
