Good morning all
Well, today is my birthday (Yay!) and as I know I have a cheque for £50 to deposit I have put £7 to the dreaded Barclaycard and £3 to my overdraft fund.
I may have to start concentrating on the overdraft more though as I saw this http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7780551.stm which shows that my bank will soon be charging me £1 a day for using the overdraft. It does appear that they will pay people £5 a month for being in credit though, so this is my new incentive to get out of the red - if I can get this overdraft paid off by February, I can pay my £5 a month "Being In Credit Bonus" into my Barclaycard along with my other PADs.
So, I am going to get dressed once I have finished my much-needed coffee and then my best friend is coming over to have some Bucks Fizz for breakfast and then we're off to the pictures. My mum is paying for a Cineworld annual pass for my birthday so this will only cost me the price of getting my photo taken in one of those little booths.
Have a lovely Monday all

Tell me about it! I'm paying a few pounds in interest at the moment, as I still have the old Moneyback account which has good rates for overdrawn folks, but I am in my overdraft for about 20 days a month at present, and £20 in charges will ruin my DFW ways.
I am going to try and pay it off by the time that the changes come into effect, but that will be about £800 in 2 months which isn't realistic for me. Looks like I am going to be moving from the bank I have been with for years :eek:0
