Cant believe Diana went home in Xfactor, I really want Alex to win but I wont be voting as DS1 wants Eoghan and DH wants JLS, so we have decided our votes will cancel each other out, so its not worth it!

Hi folks
Just to let you know I am still here really busy weekend with two lots of visitors but still it made me wrap the presents and put up the tree etc. and OH has written the Christmas cards.
I have made my payments but not posted but will later with the figures when I am back from taking DS to yet another interview Manchester this time so a bit nearer and I am going to pop into ToysrUs to get DD christmas present and a new high chair for the baby while we are passing.
I was really knocked for six on Saturday when I learnt that an old boyfriend from uni had died from cancer it hits home when it is someone from your own era my best friend from uni also died many years ago between Christmas and New Year so this is always the time of year when I remember him especially feeling quite tearful thinking about them.
Will post later.

Hi Double Trouble I know how you feel its somehow more of a shock when its your own age group, I've lost a few friends over the years too, always seems to be the really nice ones it happens to for some reason.

Sorry to hear about your freind DT - its always sad when someone passes away but I always think its more sad closer to Christmas.
I went back to work a couple of days ago to pick up some things and one of the ladies I used to do a Friday shift with died last week in hospital It was really sudden too. I always remember her talking about working another couple of years and then retiring to her Holiday home in Skeggy. Its really awful.Moving on upSPC #382 ~ £40 banked
