Have not been feeling great and its blooming freezing here, have a covering of snow but not enough for snowmen much to DS1's disappointment.

    Hello to all the newbies.

Have a great day today everyone. Not going out today so might have a NSD. Thought I would have one yesterday but had to go to Wilkos to buy filler for DD's bedroom which we are currently decorating

  • This is a great idea, and I'd love to join in to clear my credit cards.

I'm going to start with my FirstDirect card that I owe £403.94 on. However, because this is interest free at the moment I'm going pay my daily money into my FirstDirect savings account, hoping that i'll get a little interest on the money before I transfer it over to the credit card. I'll continue to pay my normal amount towards it (usually minimum payment) then when I have enough in savings I'll transfer it over to clear it!

  • Welcome Harib0uk:hello: - Just let us know when you make a payment into savings for PAD and we can add it to the daily figures.

Sorry you are not feeling too good frasersmum I would send you a hug but the smilie is a bit dodgy I think ;) look after yourself today.
Could we have a weekly total too? maybe with a challenge to beat the weekly total every week. i know what i mean hope you do too. Bit early for me not enough caffiene in the system!
As requested by paybacktime I am including the figures for last week I don't know whether a weekly challenge is feasible because weeks are going to vary because of when people get paid and we all get that too much month for money feeling. But for what its worth here are the figures

From Sun 16th Nov to Sat 22nd we paid 182 payments and the total paid was (I must ask fag_ash_lil for some drum roll smilies) £1828.36.:T Who says small payments don't count.

    Well done everyone we rock!!

    DTxx

Me mad greenbynature of course I am :rotfl:

  • Well done Double Trouble!
I love messing around with figures too..and making lists, about everything - I'm obsessed!

Am feeling a bit low this weekend, waiting for house news and debating if we would pay any more than our ideal offer, and by how much and if we think we would pay the full 675 if needs be, is the house perfect enough etc.

Does anyone have any ideas how to make some extra money?

I'm kind of trying to justify spending more on rent and would feel better about it all if I could clear my debts even quicker! I think I am all sold-out for ebay, though I will check, I did all that a while ago and haven't bought much since! Am also really annoyed about our 2 mobile phone contracts that cost us £45/month until dec'09, such a waste.
