Sammey90 - welcome to the thread hun. I hope you are going to reclaim those charges on the cap 1 card? Ask for them to be refunded by cheque so that you can use the money as you wish. Credit cards and loans aren't affected by the test case

Checked my bank account and £125 paid in when I checked realised it was DH first winter fuel payment I just can't believe he is that old (I am a looooooooooooooooooooooot younger of course:rotfl:really I am) As Mom gave me hers (she lives with us) which was £400 because she is over 80 that almost paid for the oil we had last week:eek:

Got a mega busy day, it's my ds 2nd birthday and we're having a party. Have just decided to start my diet too:rolleyes:, think i'd best start it tomoro instead. There's no way i'm sitting watching everyone eat all the yummy cakes and snacks i've done:p
