Hi everyone, managed to get a book and some nice treats as a gift for my daughters' friends b/d present. It cost less than £4, so have put the change in my pot!
Had a bad day on friday, an arguement with neighbour about them dumping stuff in our garden(!), she called me names/threatening - not nice. Some people eh? She was scruffy, pregnant belly hanging out, kid on arm - face covered in chocolate, f-ing and blinding. We live in a lovely area, it just takes one person on the street doesn't it? I know it's only a silly person, but it got me down a bit and I wish I was more quick thinking to have said something good back!
Oh well, my guess is they have tons of debt - they always have the catalogues delivering things and as they don't work but have lots of (new)stuff, it makes me think that at least we are getting ourselves sorted out now, and that makes me happy!
Looking forward to clearing my O/D next week!!! Have a nice Sunday everyone! x0 -
Morning all,
£7.16 to Egg today. Thought I'd try increasing the payment by a couple of quid in the attempt to clear this one by Christmas. Not sure if thats a bit optimistic but I'll try anyway. Then I can start on the biggies!
Well done to everyone for bashing their debts however big or small also to those giving up on fags choccy etc. We're a good bunch!:T
Have a great Sunday everyone.

Purpleposting - sorry to hear about your neighbour. We are in a similar situation we live in a nice area but one family on our Cul-de-sac are an absolute nightmare - always argueing and screaming at each other, sometimes in the early hours of the morning! They have four lovely young children and its them I feel the most sorry for.Moving on up
