Hi, me again! Have just received a call from letting agents saying that the landlady has agreed a rent rebate for us of 2 weeks worth of rent! We had lots of problems - sons bedroom ceiling had to be replaced (asbestos).
Don't know the exact amount, our rent is £575/month, so don't know if it would be £287.50 or if they would work it out differently? Any ideas? x
Really chuffed though as it was unexpected and it can go towards debt/christmas! x0 -

I think they will probably work it out on weekly rate - ie 575x12 which will give yearly rent, then divide by 52 to get 1 week = £132.69. So 2 weeks = £265.38 but it depends on you landlady/lordDebt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)- DFD: September 1st 2023[/b]
