Everyone seems to be so positive today where as I feel really fed up! Just got my egg statement and the interest added was £68.99  so my balance has gone over £4000 again
I've also had to use my ISA savings as I'd forgot my mortgage came out on Monday and another dd so that put me £100 over OD  Oh well I suppose at least I had money in ISA to put in bank which I wouldn't have had before I started this challenge :o
Anyway got to £2 coins last night to put in my sealed tin as well as a £1 coin plus 26p into change jar.
Nice to see everyone else is doing really well and chipping away at the debt :T

    Morning all

I'm glad your feeling more positive now northern spender because I had a read of your signature and I am so impressed by how much you've already paid off!

Frasermum I'm sorry you've been upset by imcompetent muppets, I hope they post your baby girl's proper birth certificate out to you soon

Sorry your having a down day greenbynature, hope your feeling a bit happier later on, and fwiw I think you've done great, like you say how gutted would you have been if the money hadn't been in your ISA lol

£6 pounds for me today which brings me up to £91 altogether, I think I might try to get to £100 off my credit card to round it off and then switch my payments to my extortionate additions account

  • L-M, I know what you mean about the Additions Account, becuase I dont pay by Direct Debit they are charging me 37%, when I first took out the account the APR was in the 20s and that was bad enough, but I needed a new washer dryer and fridge freezer and they were the only people who would offer me the credit at the time!
    Moving on up :o SPC #382 ~ £40 banked
