  • Right got my HFC balance down TO £5,501.70 - it was £9,959.67 a year ago ! A little bit of 0% BT ing has helped.

I am going to do this. Had a diabolical month bill wise, every penny claimed. Minimum of £3 a day going on this. Love to be sub £5k by Xmas..where there's a will.

  • Evening all.
Haven't posted on here for a few days, but have just got up to date by reading all the posts since Friday. Have to say congrats to all of you for keeping the payments going and for clearing the balances down!

As for myself I paid £5.40 off c/c on Friday, £1 in pot Saturday and just 25p yesterday as I had to pay my Tescos credit card ( min pymt) but at least thats 0% for next 14 months!!

Haven't had chance to update signature yet need to sit down and work out exactly what I owe and to who. As I have been doing a bit of wheeling and dealing between my cards to try and get rid of the higher APR ones over the last couple of weeks!!

This week is the week my credit card statements start coming in so going to be a tough week on the purse strings

Thanks mudbath, this card is the bane of my life - interest rate of 33% ! In my darkest hours some 4 years ago I actually used it at the cashpoint:eek: .

Am running out of money! Only got £40 to last me until 31st...not sure its going to happen. Been a bit of a mental month with car bill and large phone bill - but doing some tutoring tomorrow which will earn me £20 :) Just going to do a £1 payment now.
