  • Hi everybody, what a horrible windy day! Just 10p from me again, but as I've just paid Tesco cc at least I have until middle November to save up again :p

Will update a bit later, I want to add up whatever I've paid WTC on the overpayment(HRMC), I think it will be less than the amount I've put.IYKWIM!
KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:

Paid another pound off my cc. Put £2.10 in savings over the weekend but things are starting to dry up here moneywise and don't get paid for another week! As pp said, 5 weeks months are rubbish!

    Have a good day everyone.

Off to work out how to add details to my sig re debt.

  • Paid £1.50 to my dreaded catalogue today - am sticking with the Snowballs advice and concentrating on that as the APR is nearly 40% - thats one other thing I have found useful about the snowballing, finding out what APR im paying. Some of them really are shocking!
    Moving on up :o SPC #382 ~ £40 banked

Well done Milliemonster...it always feels great to break a barrier doesn't it. Good luck with the rest xx
  • Frasersmum, yes the snowballing really makes you think doesn't it? we're concentrating on overpaying on the A&l card as the interest on that is about 28%, we've moved some of it across onto our Egg card which is 0% til Jan 2010, but it still leaves around £3k on it, I want to get this paid off asap now

Thanks Mudbath, yes it is so nice to think we ove £39k something now instead of 40 plus, I know it's only just under the 40's but it's amazing how it makes you feel!

I guess really as this is our joint debts, if we split it, we each only owe £18.5k now which doesn't look that bad does it?
