  • Just checking out my credit report today - it makes interesting reading! Everything's fine, am just working out my current credit accounts - it's great to see 3 say 'settled'! Gives you credit account start dates, settled dates, credit limits etc.
Well worth checking out to make sure everything is ok and to make sure you haven't forgotten any debts! It's given me a bigger incentive to make the payments quicker and have a fab report this time next year!

I use Credit Expert too, I think the small monthly fee is really worth it - its good to see smaller debts that I might have forgotten about!

Paid £20 to Naturally Close today, and 50p to Next Directory.

I'm going to make another extra payment today too. I've just had a client phone up for an appointment this afternoon. I wasn't expecting the money so i'll use her payment towards the card. That takes me to £2840!!! I want to get this card down to £1500 by christmas now.....things will go fine unless something unexpected comes up xx
  • Good luck Mudbath. I really want to get my Next Account under £500 before Christmas, but we will see :)

I used the snowballing calculator yesterday and it told me to pay off my catalogue first, but the payments are bigger on the Next Account, so I am concentrating on that so that it will free up more extra money i that makes sense.

So far I have managed to put over £2.00 to my catalogue debt, £1.00 yesterday and £1.00 today. :)

Told DH about this last night and he thought it was a good idea, although he thought the catalogue would probably not be too impressed with having to sort the payments out every day...lol
