Good morning everyone. It's pouring down here. I hope it improves later.
I didn't get chance to post yesterday but did round down my account and paid £4 something to the ISA. I've also just paid another £5 across.
I agree that this is so addictive. The first thing I do everyday is check my accounts and pay something into the ISA. I feel so much more in control of my money now that I check the account every day. Because of this I'm now able to pay more into my DMP and reduce the amount of time it's going to take to pay off.:j
I don't think it matters how much you pay everyday - whatever it is, 1p, £1 or whatever, it's all more that we've saved than we would have before this challenge:T

Need to get back into this! Have paid 40.00 of the DP card today which leaves a balance of around £70.00 so aiming to pay 10.00 a day off this for the next week (eek) to get rid once and for all. Then its onto the MBNA card which will be smaller daily payments.
Shout at me if I forget to make payments! x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Before I got married I always had two jobs. My day job in an office plus at one time and another; working behind a bar in a hotel (great for big tips, if it is a business hotel), the snappy cafe at the local swimming pool during the weekend (great for getting fed for free), AVON (did not like this much) and lastly a Youth Worker (this was easy, fun and well paid).
I'd probably have two jobs now, but we have kids to look after and the OH and I have to work at different times so we do not pay for childcare.
If you fancy working in a hospital, care assistants working for your local health authority agency pay well. Hours are not guaranteed and you have to book shifts when they are available, but the hourly rates are good, especially over the weekends. It also means you are not tied to working and can work when you like.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
