hi all,
new to this and looks like am going to get my bank charges back can anyone tell me the law on debts over 6 years old and if you have had either no contact or just not made a payment to company in that time where do you stand after all we can only claim back 6 years of charges tryied this post on other bank charges forum and was advised to come here and speak to the experts thanks any advise will be appreciated.:rolleyes:0 -

I havent updated for a couple of days but I paid £1 on thursday and the £3.90 yesterday to take my cc to a round figure of £150. I'm still determined to pay it off this month. it will happen..it will !!
I can't find my bankcard at the mo to do today payment so will do it later.

Just came across this thread - what a great idea. I am still in the token payment stage but will definately start to pay off debts using small amounts. I never really thought about doing this and just look at trying to make big payments and panic. As the supermarket says 'Every little helps' and it will make me not spend it on rubbish when I'm fed up.0 -
I have paid my usual £1.20 today but looks like i will have to drop my payments quite alot as DH has been laid off and looks like it will be pewrmanent
