I woke up in the night Sar and felt something crawling on me just above my chest. I hit myself really hard and heard a 'squelch' :eek: _pale_ and then I just did big brush off me....I then spent a minute or so rubbing that bit of skin wondering if I'd been bitten by something flying around.....I've just been to investigate on the carpet next to the bed and I can't see anything spider/biting/flying related dead on the floor so I now don't know if it happened or if it was a VERY realistic dream after what happened to you!

Evening all. Well back from band practice. Had the sad news this morning that Dod (guitarist) has decided to leave the band. Not particularly good timing as our first gig is now only 3 saturdays away but better he tell us now. Having talking with D and Jam we've all decided that we are carrying on as a 4 piece and going ahead with the gig. am is going to step up and do some of the guitar rhythm bits that are missing, during the solos etc and D is going to take over lead. My only concern is now that my mistakes are going to be even more noticeable LOL.
Nah, the show must go on and all that. There's no hard feelings as we're all good mates and if he's not happy then best to tell us now than not turn up on the night of the gig or something. Just a bit gutted really as I personally had no idea this was coming because I thought everyone was looking forward to the gig. But that's life I suppose. Onwards and upwards. The door's always open for dod anyway and it'll be weird getting used to him not being there.. but it's all good.
I'll stop ranting now. Need to give the girlies and bath and then have one myself.. that's the trouble with band practice.. you come back stinking!

Glad you've come up with a plan for the band. I wish I could come to the gig but I will be in the wilds of North Yorkshire. In a few years time though, you will be able to send your private helicopter to fetch me.

Your tattoo looks fab!! Do you have the area numbed first? I want to have a tattoo on my foot and I've got some people telling me to have the area numbed and some people telling me not to bother, so I'm very confused as it will be my first tattoo:o although I have already decided for my second one I want cherry blossom across my back:D

None of mine have ever been numbed. to be fair I think it depends on your tattooist but it's certainly worth asking what they do. Personally I wouldn't have it numbed especially as you first one, you don't want an unrealistic view of tattoo pain

Afternoon all. Another enjoyable morning at the CAB. Was starving when I got home though as didn't have time for breakfast and refused to take money out of savings to get some food so went without til I got home. lol
Hopefully should be having my final sitting on weds at 5 all being well. Can't wait. Really want it finished now! lol
